Chilled dessert
For the first time, my sister made mango float yesterday. And it was terribly sweet. I couldn't take another bite after I ate a spoonful of it. I wondered what went wrong with her recipe. Then, I realized she just used condensed milk. She should have added nestle cream to it. The cream could have tamed the intense sweetness of the condensed milk. Anyway, it was not such a bad dessert. We can still eat it. My sister's first attempt at making refrigerated desserts inspired me to try making tiramisu in the future. It's an Italian dessert that requires just chilling. I just might find difficulty in finding mascarpone cheese, one of tiramisu's main ingredient. The other ingredients are easy to find in the groceries.
