Yoga

My first yoga experience was a big disappointment. Instead of purely breathing and yoga exercises, I found out that the class I attended to was mostly spent on lectures about spiritual matters. Let me get this clear. I have nothing against indoctrination on spirituality. In fact, the lecturer was a great guy and I haven't heard anything from his lectures that suggests contrary to my beliefs and religion. I decided not to attend any yoga classes at the moment because I feel I can't devote my rather limited time on lectures when what I only wanted to learn are just the exercises. So, I decided to just buy a book on yoga and teach myself at home instead. And last week, I found just the right one I needed in National Bookstore - Yoga in Bed by Edward Vilga. Although the book was rather costly, I consider it a steal as it offers really simple and doable yoga exercises that can be done while one is lying and sitting on one's bed. Just the perfect little book for busy (or lazy) people like me. And I'm pretty sure even dyslexic individuals can follow its instructions.
